Fermentation Rotation Mechanism
Bung for barrels resting on rotatory barrel’s racks.
Specifically designed for rotatory barrel’s racks. This bung allows the rotation of the barrel without falling down thanks to its mechanical-expansion system. Moreover it has a security pressure valve release system to ensure that the barrel will not burst when the inner pressure of the barrel gets too high within the fermentation phase.
